A session cookie remembers your selected language during your browser visit.
Newsletter requests
With your consent, your email, preferred language, and consent time are saved in the WordPress database. Newsletter delivery has not started yet. Contact the site administrator through the contact form to request access or deletion.
Contact form
Your name, email, subject, and message are passed to the website’s configured mail service so the site owner can respond. The theme does not save the message body in its database. Email delivery and mailbox retention depend on the site owner’s configuration.
Abuse prevention
A short-lived rate-limit key is generated using a hash of the request IP address. The theme does not store the raw IP in its own records. Hosting providers and installed plugins may maintain their own logs.
Photography, fonts, and sharing
Theme images and fonts are served locally. Social sharing services are opened only when you choose a sharing link.
Site owner’s responsibility
The owner should update this policy with the real organisation’s details, retention practices, mail providers, and any additional plugins before public launch.
